The Seller never asks the Buyer for an online banking password, card PIN or payment confirmation code by message, phone call or e-mail.

Card details are entered by the Buyer directly on the secure payment page of the payment service.

Personal data may be disclosed to third parties only where necessary for:

  • fulfilling an order;
  • processing a payment;
  • delivering goods;
  • operating the IT infrastructure;
  • complying with legal requirements.

When a payment is made, information is passed to the relevant bank or payment service to the extent necessary for the transaction.
