Public offer

This Public Offer is the official proposal of Oklok LLC (ОсОО «Оклок»), registered under the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic (the "Seller"), to conclude a contract for the sale of goods presented in the oklok.kg online store on the terms of this Offer.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Offer sets out the terms on which the Seller sells goods to individuals and legal entities (the "Buyer") through the oklok.kg website.

1.2. The name, description, specifications and price of a product are stated on its page on the website.

1.3. A product being listed on the website does not guarantee its availability until an order is placed.

1.4. Product images on the website may be illustrative. The model name and its specifications prevail.

2. Acceptance of the offer

2.1. The Buyer accepts this Offer by placing an order on the website and confirming agreement with its terms, or by paying for the order.

2.2. Payment for an order means full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.

2.3. Upon acceptance, a sales contract on the terms of this Offer is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.

3. Goods

3.1. The Seller sells wristwatches and related goods presented on the website.

3.2. Goods are supplied in the manufacturer's packaging with the documents provided by the manufacturer.

4. Price and payment

4.1. Prices are stated on the website in Kyrgyz som. The price in a placed order does not change.

4.2. Payment is made by bank card through the internet acquiring of the partner bank.

4.3. When paying by card, the Buyer is redirected to the secure payment page of the payment service. Depending on the card issuer's requirements, the payment may need to be confirmed with 3D-Secure.

4.4. The Seller does not receive or store the full card number, the CVV/CVC code or other confidential card data.

4.5. Once an order is placed, the goods are reserved for the Buyer for 30 minutes. If the order is not paid within this time, it is cancelled automatically.

4.6. After a successful payment, the Buyer receives a payment confirmation on the website and by e-mail.

5. Handover of goods

5.1. After payment, the Seller contacts the Buyer by the phone number provided and agrees on how and when the goods will be received: pickup or courier delivery.

5.2. On receipt, the Buyer checks the completeness, appearance and operation of the goods.

5.3. Ownership and the risk of accidental loss pass to the Buyer when the goods are handed over.

6. Rights and obligations

The Buyer shall:

  • provide accurate contact details;
  • pay for the order;
  • accept the goods within the agreed time.

The Seller shall:

  • hand over the paid goods of proper quality within the agreed time;
  • provide the Buyer with the necessary information about the order;
  • take reasonable measures to protect information;
  • consider the Buyer's requests in the established manner.

7. Returns and warranty

7.1. Order cancellation and the return of goods and money are carried out in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7.2. Goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and terms are stated in the warranty card.

8. Liability

8.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.

8.2. The Seller is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including disruptions in the operation of banks, payment systems, telecom operators, hosting providers and delivery services.

9. Personal data

9.1. The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9.2. By placing an order and providing their data, the Buyer confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to the offer

10.1. The Seller may amend this Offer.

10.2. A new version takes effect when published on the website. A placed order is governed by the version in effect when it was placed.
